Education Officer

Boys' Town Singapore is seeking an Education Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As an Education Officer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering educational activities that promote personal growth, academic success, and social development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
• Collaborate with various units to ensure the welfare and development of our clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and participation in educational activities.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education and youth development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or youth development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools.
• Knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
