📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
• Manage and maintain company assets, ensuring their proper utilization and upkeep
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage office administration, including document control and record-keeping
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including travel arrangements and event planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP Facilities Management or IBM Maximo
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
