In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. You will work closely with our team of skilled plumbers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in maintaining positive relationships with clients, while your project management expertise will ensure that projects are executed smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final handover, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with the project team, including plumbers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure that all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Leverage CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our projects and services remain competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and project coordination, preferably in the plumbing and sanitary industry.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems, including relevant regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
