• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial management.
• Work closely with the provincial government's finance team and other stakeholders to drive financial sustainability and growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of financial excellence and accountability.
• Represent the provincial government in financial matters, both internally and externally, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of government financial regulations and policies.
• Proficient in using financial management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
