As a Merchandiser Developer, you will be responsible for driving trend development, creating product timelines, and collaborating with vendors to ensure the success of our retail operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance our retail offerings and drive customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement trend forecasting strategies to anticipate market demands and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Create detailed product timelines and schedules to ensure timely and efficient product launches and restocks.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, manage inventory, and ensure product quality and availability.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product diversification and expansion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, retail technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the retail experience.
• Lead and mentor junior merchandisers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, trend development, or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail strategies.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
