📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in mixed-use development projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure M&E systems meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of M&E technicians and support staff.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in M&E systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination, with a focus on mixed-use developments.
• Certification in LEED or other green building certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
