📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data governance best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security across enterprise systems.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data governance risks.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
• Certification in data governance, such as Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
• Strong knowledge of data governance tools and software, such as Informatica, Talend, or Alation.
• Experience with data quality tools, such as Informatica Data Quality or Talend Data Quality.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
