Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.
