As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments, and implementing best practices to streamline our accounts payable processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation
- Implement and maintain financial control systems using SAP or similar ERP software
- Lead a team of 3-5 Accounts Payable staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Analyze payment trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and vendor teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to support the company’s financial goals
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
- Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Certification in financial accounting or a related field is a plus
