📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on career portals and other recruitment platforms.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
