Depot Kirana Kebab is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to manage schedules, inventory, and customer service, all while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our customers have come to expect from Depot Kirana Kebab.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and optimize the restaurant's schedule, including staffing levels and shifts.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Monitor and maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new operational procedures and protocols.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
