📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide the best candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
