Sentral Wati Bakery is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and create learning materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business objectives.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
