Urban Direct Sentosa is seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or maintenance process.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of projects.,Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
