Agung Hendra Electronics is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to meet production needs.,Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
