Rumah Sakit Putri Store is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our store's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise for sales.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
