Duta Joko Auto Service is looking for a talented Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. We are a growing company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR Manager in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
