📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the strategic planning and execution of company operations.,Oversee day-to-day business activities and ensure smooth operations.,Manage and develop the sales and marketing teams.,Coordinate with department heads to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor junior management staff.,Represent the company in external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.,Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-moving consumer goods company is a plus.
