📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and aligned with business objectives.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.,Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.,Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience of our products.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and apply this knowledge to our projects.,Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, consistent with our brand guidelines, and optimized for performance.,Evaluate and refine existing designs to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.,Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.
