📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key client accounts and develop strategies to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.,Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports and statements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client queries and issues.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure additional clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to junior staff in accounts management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Experience in managing multiple client accounts and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
