📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets,Supervise and mentor junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
