Fast New Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and efficient Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and targets.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Store Operator or similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to work in a team environment.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
