CV Sejahtera Usaha is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees succeed. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required.
