Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and partners.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve distribution challenges and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and deliveries.
