📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
