📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.,Process and verify checks, drafts, and other financial instruments.,Provide information and advice to customers regarding banking products and services.,Handle cash handling and reconciliation tasks.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking environment (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to banking transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and policies.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
