Port Smart Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Tasikmalaya, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support as needed.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.,Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the outlet, ensuring it meets company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports to the regional manager on the outlet's performance.,Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to travel to the outlet regularly.
