📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our premium banking services.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to align with company-wide strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in wealth management.
• Report regularly to senior management on the performance and progress of wealth distribution initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing financial teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the premium banking segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in financial planning or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial software such as Core Banking System, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
