In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Conduct regular performance reviews of staff members.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
