📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Help with the organization and presentation of merchandise to attract customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.,Contribute to the overall success of the retail store by supporting the store manager and sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic computer applications is a plus.,Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
